Our Story
Ellie's Place has been a top rated bakery in Cheboygan since 2018. When customers walk into our bakery, they’re immediately greeted by an overwhelmingly delicious smell of freshly baked treats that no one can resist!
We’re a neighborhood shop, and we love being a home away from home for the community. All of our goods are handcrafted, baked and served with a side of love. Stop by to taste them for yourself.
Our Baked Goods
People always ask us, "What do you bake?" And we always answer, "Whatever you want!" Here’s a list of our freshly baked favorite treats, but if you don't see something that you want, we can definitely whip up something special for you. Everything we make is freshly baked to perfection and ready for you to enjoy.
Blueberry Muffins
Wether it be blueberry, chocolate, orange cranberry or cappuccino you are sure to find a muffin that is to die for. They are baked fresh daily and fly off the shelves. We have had awesome reviews on every muffin we have so stop on by and grab some for you next meeting, get together or just for your
Doughnuts
You can stop into our shop and choose from the assorted donuts in our donut cases or call ahead and order any variety of donuts we offer. We offer Bavarian cream. Peanut butter filled, whi/e fluff filled, plain cake, chocolate cake, blueberry, apple fritters, cherry fritters, and sour cream
Cookies
What better way to celebrate a day than with a cookie. Our no bakes are one of the best around with rave reviews, we offer chocolate chip cookies the size of of a small pumpkin and beyond tasty, we also offer a salted caramel manifesto cookie that has pretzels and white chocolate... yum... each day brings a new batch stop in and see what we have to offer you might even be able to offer an apple cookie

Is than anything better than the smell of bread right out of the oven? Stop in and you will find a variety of loaves baked fresh daily.
Daily Lunch specials
From Sloppy Joe Monday to Pulled pork Friday Ellie's Place has something for lunch every day of the week Monday to Saturday. We also offer wraps, sandwiches and salads daily for a nice grab and go lunch for those who only get a short lunch break. We make a brocolli salad, cauliflower salad, Cole slaw, pasta salad, and baked beans to go with the hot lunches. We also offer soup on Wednesdays. Soup will go to every day once winter hits. How about a healthier option? Salads are chef or garden variety and are in a wonderful container to seperate the salad components so you are in control of what goes in your salad. Stop in for lunch and you can sit and socialize and one of our tables or you grab it and go :)
